Hey there! I'm Karyn, a single mom to a 5 year old son and 9 year old English Bulldog born and raised in NYC. I've dedicated the past 20 years of my life working in veterinary medical operations, growing within the same job for all those years. I was burnt out, stressed and exhausted trying to balance a stressful corporate "9-5" (on average 60 hours/week) and trying to maintain being a mom and not having a complete mental breakdown.

In 2023 I was going through a separation and started looking into supplemental ways to bring in additional income. I stumbled into the world of digital marketing and haven't turned back, learning everything I can. Fast forward to November 2023 - I officially become a single household parent. The weight of responsibilities was real, and so was the desire to give my son the best. Then, just a s I was navigating this new chapter, December brought another plot twist-I was laid off from my job in corporate veterinary operations, the space I had called home for 20 years.

But you know what? Instead of crumbling under the pressure, I looked at my son and something clicked. I realized that in this great big world, one of the only spaces that I am irreplaceable, is to him. That revelation fueled a vow to never be in a space where I had to look at him and tell him "I don't have time to play with him" Why wasn't I afraid? Because I knew the digital marketing world existed and I was part of it. I knew this was my ticket to freedom and the life I dreamt for me and my son.

I have spent years working in leadership and guiding countless managers to success. The one thing I will always believe in is that for every step we take forward, we should grab the hand of the person behind us and take them along with us. This is me reaching my hand out to you!
